A friend once told me those very words. I remember it was after he saw a photo of this ‘pretty’ girl. Well, several photos, I think. For all I know, he may have gotten the photo(s) off of me and I might have gotten it off snyggast or some other site or indeed from somebody else. And no, I’m not part of some underground syndicate that shares photos or whatnot. We have LAN parties for that, just ask KKND ;P

Well, this girl was indeed pretty and seemed like that nice girl any guy would want to be with. Well, no, I don’t know. But I could see it in this guy’s eyes, as he said those words, the envy, the hope and the sadness. Empathy does that to you. It amazed me. Was it because he was thinking that he’d never find one like her? Or if he did, was he thinking that he wouldn’t have a chance? Or maybe he was thinking that if he did find and hooked up with someone like her, maybe she’s not all what he had hoped for? Well, I don’t know.
